Reminds me of a story I once heard about. This 16 year old boy was caught going 90 miles an hour. After the cop pulled him over, he walked up and said, “Son, I’ve been waiting for you ALL DAY!”
The kid looked up at the police officer, shrugged, and said, “Well, I got here as fast as I could!”
After the police officer recovered from his hysterical fit of laughter, he let the boy go without a ticket.
