I don’t see a motor anywhere, but I reckon it could be electric powered. I adjusted the brightness/contrast and I can see where the motorbike front connects to the wheelchair. Without doing that, you can see the legs where the front area can rest when it’s detached from the wheelchair. I’d buy this guy a pint for being innovative!
The motor is in the hub of the front wheel, and all that stuff hanging from the fork is batteries and controller…it’ll probly do about 20mph Ride or Die man, lol awesome
Why shouldn’t this be allowed on walkways or roads? Seems quite appropriate for a bike path, and you could go very slow speeds on sidewalks, like a mobility scooter. I love it, and as a wheelchair user yes — I am deeply envious.
It’s……OLD MAN! and the…….OLD MOBILE!!!!! OH YEAH! FIRST!!!!!!
Does this happen to be in Gibraltar? Somehow that place looks familiar…
I bet this guy would be a hoot to party with.
I bet he’d be a hoot to hang out with, period.
Fun to party with? Hell, find this guy and have him help me build one!
Every single person in a wheelchair will be so envious when they see this.
I’m just disabled and I envy it! Need a sidecar for my mobility dog and I’m all set!

Looks like the hub of the front wheel could be an electric motor.
And for little more fun, put inside a Hyabusa engine and you ready to go!
There’s no way that this thing should be allowed on public walkways or roads, so this is an epic FAIL
Seems he’s crippled more in the head that in the body.
Get real Again, so what?!? The important thing is he gets a blast out of driving it.

Again – get a grip – this is wonderful, original, fun, great statement. Kudos to whoever figured this one out!
Dennis Hopper sure has aged.
Leader of the “Hell’s Uncles” gang.
Be careful with that thing, you’ll end up in a wheelchair.
That’s Caernarfon isn’t it!
I was there not too long ago.
Nice photo! Shame I didn’t see that guy around.
Somebody has to say it….
THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID
Actually no. Nobody needed to say it, but YOU JUST HAD TO.
Real original!
The chair, VERY original!
Actually not original, available for purchase but it’s still kickass!
