  7. AngryD says:

Yay! More art made out of trash!

Anyone else ever notice that modern art has to be composed of shit other people have thrown away, shit that’s been vandalized (like hotel rooms covered in cheese), or just plain shit (Like the ‘artist’ that canned hsi bowel movements for 365 days and called it art)?

This is why the government has no business using MY tax money to subsidize artists. If the art is that good it wouldn’t need to be subsidized– someone would buy it like any other product.

This is an interesting use of perspective, but I can’t look at it without seeing a mound of trash and a colossal waste of time and energy.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia

The artist that created this sculpture and image has hacked our brains. :D

  20. Smitty says:

Great portrait of D!ck Cheney! Oddly enough… This is the same technique he and Bush used to find WMD in Iraq.

    • Anna Rexia says:

Last night I could not figure out who it was supposed to be. It sure does look like Dick Cheney. How appropriate that they used garbage for this.

  21. Kilwillae says:

This looks like David Cross in Arrested Development. It especially reminds me of some of the head shots o Tobias’ portfolio.

  22. splatman says:

This is what someone that’s Tunnelbrained looks like. :D

It looks like the KFC guy to me XD Anyone else see the KFC guy?

  27. pKp says:

Could be anyone, really. I see Freud, myself.

  28. chun says:

It’s good – but they used canvas and paint for part of it. that’s cheating a bit. The photographer screwed up a little so you can see it at 9 and 10 o’clock. it’s also at 4.

  29. me says:

    It’s obama!

  30. Stuart W says:

Oh my god! its the Ruskin Mill womble; Angus Gordon the head of the trust!!! I see robin williams in there, I dont see ghandi or obama in there. Abstract art is mostly made out of old tat and does not look like anything worth while. But i have seen some prespective based sculptures, like this face for example. I wouldnt buy one as I woulod make one, but not out of random trash, it would have to be made out of epoxy/fibreglass, fabricated metal and cast metals.

  31. Sybil says:

    I see Al Roker.
Have no idea where that came from.

  32. Jenn says:

Looks like Robin Williams to me as well.

  33. Darth Viye says:

Am I the only one who sees Bill Murray in it?

  34. james says:

    i spy the KFC guy!

  35. Andrea says:

    I see Ghandi

  36. hmph says:

BOY! The trash around here is getting out of hand… now it seems to be structuring itself into a life-form!! Where is the garbage man from Dilbert when you need him!?

  37. Rae says:

This looks a lot like Terry Pratchett. Specifically, it looks like a reproduction of the picture that is on the back of a lot of his books. For those outside of the U.K. he’s a British author. Here is a link to his photo.
