Wow, thats quite nice. I think i’m gonna try out Origami. Its simplier than i thought and i hate using glue or something that.

  3. Wut says:

Very impressive. I love origami designs that alter their shape, and this one is just pretty.

  4. Helen says:

    • hello says:

ahhh it took me way too long to get this. ive been working on this for about an hour. its a fail anyway cuz i didnt have any duplicate colors so i have some blues and purples in there as well… :P

  6. Rachel says:

Technically not origami…origami uses only one sheet of paper. But very very nice

    • claudia says:

it’s origami. Modular origami. if you’re a pure origamist, maybe you wil think that, but it’s generally admitted you can use several sheet of paper with no cut-no glue.
And modular origami is WAY cool. This origamist is a great teacher, check his other video, it’s fun too ! the curl modular is so good, and very simple to assemble… if you make enough units.
      Love love origami.

  7. Mega says:

  8. J9 says:

  11. patriotwhisper says:

Mad respect for the guy who devised this simple to follow yet complex to design cube-rose.

Now my weekend will be filled with weighted storage roses.

  12. otto-moe-bill says:

I like how he takes a pink piece of paper (both sides) and then puts on video “start with white side up” LoLoLoL

    • mulchi says:

Well this is probably for those, who use paper with only one colored side.

    • BRI says:

Most origami paper is white on one side adn you have to be careful how you start the design to make sure it comes out the color you want it.

  13. V. says:

:D I actually tried this. It worked out quite well (though I should had used slightly thinner paper). It is really cool~! Thanks. :D

  14. mazyatethepeanutbutter says:

I have alot of origami books but this was way too hard And not for me. I have no paticance so i ripped up the paper and threw it :)

  15. tay says:

what are the dimensions of the starting papers?

    • ChagrinnedGoat says:

It doesn’t matter, as long as your paper is square. Just the bigger/smaller your paper, the bigger/smaller the end result.

  16. My friend is getting married soon and she wants me to design her place settings for the reception. Her theme is roses. Guess what I’m making!

  17. ë/8`4╓ says:

easy answer for anyone wondering the dimensions.
    the dimensions is square Ü

  18. lolz121 says:

yay! i just finished making this and it is even cooler when you get to play with it yourself!
    … weighted storage rose…

  19. Violin Playa says:
